Installation of the fragment libraries (mysql dumps):
- Extract the dumps.
- Login into mysql.
- Create database BriX, use database BriX and source Whatif2650BriX.sql into it.
- Create database LoopX, use database LoopX and source Astral95LoopBriX.sql into it.
- Create database BriXDesign, use database BriXDesign and source BriXDesign.sql into it.
- Extract and place the correspondant pdb fragment libraries BriX PDBs and LoopX PDBs.
You are done to work with fragment libraries.
